After work shift, about 3 a.m., one of the dancers was enjoying his free time on open deck with two girls. All of them were drinking little bit for relaxation. Guy, absolutely confident that co-ordination of his movements is perfect, sat on the handrails.

It was in Caribbean and night wind blasts, I want to tell you, here are not rare. Maybe, exactly that was a reason, maybe alcohol and laugh, but guy fell overboard.

Really downright scared girls rushed inside the ship, and, instead of throwing a life ring to drowning, as per rules, and only then call to the bridge and report about accident, they started to knock in all consecutive doors and call for help.

And at that time vessel in its highest gear was leaving a boy alone under the moonlight in salt water of night Caribbean.

By that time when information reached bridge, ship had swiveled and came back, about 40 minutes had gone.

Dancer was successfully delivered onboard; he was completely exhausted and very frightened. Alcohol not even smelled from him, and first, what he had asked about was can of soda. Night drinks, heavy physical and moral duty, salt water followed to large dehydration of his body.

Poor guy got fired and his girl-friends signed strict warnings.

Ocho Rios harbor

My trip on this island was short so I haven’t time to see even one river. I had only one hour of break to visit motherland of most famous rum, hot pretty ladies and terrific Bob Marley’s music.

Ocho Rios looked little bit like Crimean main resort peninsula of my native country. Two checkpoints with security looked strict but indeed they were lazy because of hot and also it was sultry. Actually, it was August s’ time of hurricanes.

I still can’t figure out how Jamaican people build such a high buildings taking into consideration that kind of climate.

I was surprised that I haven’t seen large market nearby the port. Area was clear and there was a lot of surrounding table-pointers. On one of them I read: “Bob Marley’s grave in miles”. I got very upset that I cannot go there, took some pictures together with my Byelorussian teammate and gone back.

Obviously harbor of Nassau is one of most beautiful harbors in the world. Island of main city connected to Paradise island (left side of picture) with bent fabulous bridge.

If you are not short in time and want to see all Nassau in the right way I advise you make a trip to Paradise island through the city by your own feet. Of course first you will pass shopping area with fabulous variety of goods. International calls and Internet cafe with WiFi zone are here as well. Be informed that in general Bahamas are more expensive than U.S. and declaration that goods are duty-free doesn’t mean that they are cheap. So choice is only yours.

Whenever you reach first street turn left. Walking this way you’ll see a real face of Nassau’s alleyways. Sometimes they are dirty and even dangerous because of half-wild dogs and rats. But I haven’t seen drug dealers here. Usually tourists pass by that place by taxi. But if you are persistent to see capital and have enough time, continue your journey.

After approximately 20 minutes of walk you will reach bridge to Paradise island. It’s long enough but when you will pass by yachts and other ships they impress you.

On Paradise island you direct your steps to Atlantis – main point of interest in Nassau. It is a pink color building which looking like medieval castle.

This is a huge entertainment complex which includes large casino, posh hotel, a lot of luxurious hallways, giant aquarium and many-many other things worth to be seen. It’s impossible to describe all that beauty with words so I try to illustrate it with pictures.

Everything is so magnificent here that you can spend here half of day and don’t notice that. Many pop stars prefer this hotel, for example Michael Jackson usually rent apartments here for 25 000 $ per day. All this luxury is attraction to entice people to casino for spending money. So enjoy but be wise!

There are a lot of sea animals in aquarium: stingrays, sharks, other kinds of fishes which I don’t recognize and diver inside who scours everything inside.

When you go out of the building you will see advanced water channel system with tropical flora around. So as per many opinions Atlantis is most beautiful attraction on whole Bahamas.

Official Honduras is republic, but this is republic for powerful white people. Afro-American people are suffering here, almost all people who work in government is white and there is hardly any chance to reach high status on state positions. Language is Spanish, but on local people oriented to guest so many of them speaking English.

If you came to port of Roatan, folk orchestra greets you with their music and they will be happy if you take some pictures of them and put something into their tips bucket. After that you have to pass through security checkpoint and you getting to market zone, as everywhere when you coming to resort. This market is situated across the street to the right side. Here you can buy everything for what rich Roatan and entire Honduras. Prices will seem high to you but it’s only sign to start trading. Here you can reduce price almost in 2 times.

If you decided to see how people live here you can turn left and walk along the street. You will see poor houses, half-wild dogs, small dirty children without shoes and many more such things. If you go farer better you take gun with you, because God secures person who secure himself.

If goal of your visit to lie on the sun you have to choose.

First way to get sunburn under very hot Honduras sun is take a taxi and order a trip to one of many beautiful local beaches, which are confidently local proud. This trip will not be very cheap and quick but you will enjoy it for sure. Service there is excellent but watch your staff carefully -  people are very industrious everywhere here.

Second way is turn right after checkpoint, pass almost all market area and come to first pier. Every 10 minutes boat leaves from here to nearest small island, which is visible maybe in 300 meters from the shore. As many other places in the Caribbean it is real paradise. Upon your arrival nice woman-host meet you, takes fee - 25 $ per person. Diameter of this island doesn’t exceed 150 yards. It has nice seacoast with beautiful beach: clear white sand, crystal blue water with many corals, gorgeous pier walking into the sea. There are a lot of small roads all around the island. You can see tropical plants and artifacts everywhere. In the center of the island you will find a huge pool and bar, where you welcome to order some local food and cool drinks. There are a lot of chairs around it. Shop is situated here as well. You will never forget time which you spent here.

One more place worth to be seen is Anthony’s Key Resort and dolphins there. Here you can swim in the water together with second cleverest mammals. They are outstanding and you will get great positive impulse.

Grand Turk view, seashore

Grand Turk is a small beautiful island located to the east of Cuba. If you look at this it from the top of cruise liner you will easily see opposite seashore. So whole island is quite easy to explore in couple of hours. But first of all Grand Turk is famous of its great diving.

When you coming ashore you feel like you came to just colonized place or even to the wonderful worlds end. Very calm and quiet place, no huge buildings and large traffic, just couple of cafes and little bit more stores, and, certainly, His Majesty Beach. It lengths on both sides of pier and looks really great. It seems that this white-sand beach is tied like a belt around this land in large sea. There are a lot of good condition chairs everywhere, water is blue-green and absolutely clear, so you will enjoy your rest for sure.

Prices in local cafes able to bite your wallet, this la isla bonita is small but expensive.

In the middle of Grand Turk there is a pond, but if you compare it with size of island it’s as minimum, lake. This place is not interesting, water smells bad, so don’t waste time walking under the hot sun and c’mon to the beach!

Grand Cayman has a lot of pastel buildings, water sport communications, a town called Hell (I’ve never been there, but imagine if you send a postcard from there to your relatives!) and banks, banks, banks. Island belongs to United Kingdom. As per common knowledge all Caribbean prostitutes upgrade their bosom here. So if you want to have big tits, come here!

Also Seven Mile Beach is very famous because of its local enticement including swimming with stingrays and wildlife attractions.

Sometimes vessels which coming here are unable to enter the port because island is situated in the middle of the sea and when it’s rocking port is closed.

First what you pay your attention to while sailing by boat ashore is ancient pirate vessel. You are still able to see some Black Jacks on its ropes.

After getting ashore you realize that you got to pirate island. Crewmembers of that craft are everywhere and all of them are very different. Following picture show us that one guy has hook instead his hand.

First of all I recommend you make a trip along sea-front road. It’s very picturesque. There are a lot of shops, road is often busy with cars and other vehicles. You will pass by small beautiful lagoons. These lagoons are very nice and you can swim here little bit. Nice white sand and crystal water will make it unforgettable.

After you got fresh you can continue your trip. If you want to spend some money, you’re welcome to visit plenty local shops. But I want to warn you that prices here are high enough. Probably they are as high as they are in United Kingdom. One of crewmembers invites you to cafe to put something illegal into your belly.

Further you will see an amazing fountain. It’s even hard to recognize what means statue in the middle of it.

Also you can see pair of large pirate parrots in the cage. They are looking very smart and it seems that they are going to scream “Piastres! Piastres!”

Other interesting item is old rusty cannon on old wooden gun-carriage. Obviously one of corsairs stole it from the ship to sell and get some money.

In general there were a lot of pirate things of Grand Cayman past. Even its famous liquor factory has name Tortugas. Island is very clean and local inhabitants are looking happily and smile to you sincerely.

Freeport’s district Lucaya is a great place to sightsee this is a bright example of modern tropical resort. So don’t waste times anywhere if you came to Freeport – come there.

As for me the best place for rest is beach of Barracuda hotel. You can have here everything you need – WiFi, pool, bar, beach with beautiful sand, perfect Caribbean crystal – blue water and wall to jump into it. Prices here are quite low. This place is situated in maybe 200 meters after you turn right from pier.

Also if you want to have a great time you welcome to rent a jeep and go around to sightsee the island.

If you need some female attention – you can take a taxi to Salsa. This is most famous local public house, but prostitutes here are not very beautiful and not so young.

In case if you don’t want to go outside the town you can use horse cab.

Among the most fascinating attractions of Mexico are the ruins and pyramids of the ancient Mayan civilization. You can hop the boat to the mainland to see it or cliffs of Tulum.

Also you can find here incredible coral reefs and certainly never-crowded beaches with awesome dive sites. Prepare to windsurfing, sailing and scuba diving.

Or just grab a snorkel and swim lazily through schools of tropical fish.

First and most profitable business of local inhabitants is trading. Mexicans are communicative people, prices are high as everywhere in Caribbean, but significant reducing of it is easily possible. For example, my friend bought nice sculpture of eagle (real, specially prepared) for 25$. Primary price was 65$. And there are a lot of situations like this. What really worth to be bought is gold, jewelry and especially silver items. Also clothes, souvenirs, food, handmade blankets, whatever you want. One of cigar shops looked very impressive.
